Assessment
Once you have contacted me and we have agreed a time, we will meet for a free 20 minute online session in which we can see if I am the right therapist for you and whether we feel we can work together. We may decide you need short term therapy to focus on a specific issue or keep it open ended. All sessions are confidential.
Individual sessions
I work with adults and children. Adults usually self refer but can also be referred through their GP. When working with children I include the parent/carer in the initial assessment process and remain in contact with them, when appropriate, throughout the duration of the therapy. The duration of a session is fifty minutes, once a week, at an agreed time.
Groups/workshops
If you are interested in group work please let me know. I will post information on this website as and when it arises.
Fees for sessions and assessments
Sliding scale: £65-£90 per 50 minute session. (concessionary rates to be discussed if needed)
The Setting
The room is used exclusively for therapy, and is spacious and welcoming.
